These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made through Handara Property Group.

 

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

⁃A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment and have sent you confirmation of your reservation.

 

⁃The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions.

 

⁃The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

 

 

 

⁃A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.

 

⁃The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

 

⁃If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

 

 

 

⁃If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Our cancellation terms are:

•30 days or more before arrival: full refund 

•Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund 

 

⁃We recommend that guests take out suitable travel and holiday cancellation insurance.

 

 

 

⁃We will do our best to accommodate requests to change dates or other booking details, subject to availability.

 

⁃Any changes must be agreed with us in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

 

 

 5.⁠ ⁠Check-in and Check-out

 

⁃Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

 

⁃Check-out is by 11am sharp on the day of departure.

 

⁃Guests must follow any instructions provided regarding keys, access and securing the property. Fail to do so will result in a fine. 

 

 

Guests agree to:

 

•Treat the property, furniture and equipment with care.

•Keep the property clean and tidy.

•Respect neighbours and the surrounding area.

•Comply with any specific property rules provided before or during the stay.

•Not use the property for illegal or commercial purposes.

•Not exceed the agreed maximum occupancy.

 

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property. 

 

Pets are permitted by agreement. 

 

Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. 

 

 

⁃Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents or equipment caused by them or members of their party. 

 

⁃We reserve the right to charge the guest for costs arising from damage, loss, excessive cleaning or missing items.

 

⁃Guests should report any damage or problems to us as soon as possible.

 

 

⁃The property will be cleaned before your arrival.

 

⁃Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unusually dirty or unsuitable condition.

 

 

⁃We will take care to ensure that the accommodation is available and in a suitable condition for your stay.

 

⁃Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may prevent us from providing the accommodation. Where this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer an alternative arrangement or refund.

 

 

⁃We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury suffered by guests or their belongings except where we are legally responsible for it.

 

⁃Guests are responsible for taking care of themselves, their party and their personal belongings during their stay.

 

 

⁃If you experience a problem during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

 

⁃Complaints made after departure may be more difficult for us to investigate or resolve.

 

 

⁃We will handle personal information provided through the website and booking process in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

⁃We make the effort to ensure that information, photographs and descriptions on the website are accurate. However, minor differences in furnishings, décor or facilities may occur.

 

 

⁃These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
